This is a 3 for 3 ATC swap with the theme of “By the Sea". You have the option to create 2 sets, or 6 for 6. If you're new to ATCs, they are the size of baseball trading cards (2.5” x 3.5” or 6.35 cm x 8.89 cm) and can be done portrait or landscape orientation. Due on/or before June 24th, 2023. All ATCs need to be delivered to my mailbox by June 24 and no later, in fairness to all participants. Create 3 Artist Trading Cards for 3 in return with the option of 6 for 6, with the theme “By the Sea” – More details below.*

*More Details on our “By the Sea” Theme: You do not need to follow this theme
precisely. Take the idea and run with it! Instead of by the sea – perhaps by
the lake, river or pond. Do Vintage bathing beauties appeal to you? Base your
theme on that! Or, create with the colors of water. Anything goes. What about
shells, sand, or sea creatures? Consider ‘By the Sea’ as a
starting point. You have the freedom to do whatever inspires you to
create on this theme, loosely related or not.
Creating your ATCs: ATCs are made out of cardstock, watercolor paper, canvas paper, mixed media paper or fabric. You can add paper to Fabric ATC - sew or glue it on! Paper ATCs created with cardstock or similar can have acrylic paint, watercolor paint, inks, all kinds of paper (plain or collaged), pencils, markers, collage sheet images or photography added to them. Fabric ATCs can be made like a tiny fabric quilt with a piece of batting in the middle. Or, create your ATC with fabric & then glue or sew it onto 2.5" x 3.5" cardstock.
You must put your name on the back of your ATCs, or include your info on a tag securely attached to your ATCs so I can swap them out! As the ATCs arrive I will share them on this blog. There's a page on the blog that tracks the arrival of your ATCs to my mailbox here: The Swap Participant List.
