Forest Quilties: Sharon Schutt, Indiana

I love her colour choices, and most especially the leafy tags she attached to each quiltie. Very creative! Thanks so much for the extra quiltie for me, Sharon!

Shades of Sunshine Quilties: Sharon Schutt ~ Indiana

Oh my! I love these sunny sunflower - shades of sunshine quilties from Sharon Schutt! (tee hee, all those "s").

Row House Swap: Sharon Schutt ~ Indiana

Wow!
I love these different houses that Sharon made ~ They are Bee Hive Houses!! Sharon wrote to me and sent me a scan a few weeks ago, saying:

"I wanted to send this preview to you for my row house swap to see what you think. Do you think the ladies will like the beeskeeps I've created? Are they OK for a 'house' swap?"

I wrote back and told Sharon I thought they were very different from what I have seen so far, but I thought they would be most welcome. I am very glad Sharon made an extra "beeskeep" for me - Thank you!

White Quilties! Sharon Schutt

Five beautiful shades of white quilties arrived the the other day from Sharon Schutt in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Sharon created an extra quiltie for me as a gift and four for the swap. Thank you so much! Sharon hoped there was not too much color in her quilties.... I told her no! What's nice about these "shades of" themes is that it is truly up to your own interpretation. So have fun, do what you like and do what you think describes the theme. : ))

Note! *Saturday is the last day for arrivals in this swap. I have received 18 packages and I am expecting 11 more by the 26th -then I will swap these wonderful quilties out!

Valentine Ornament Swap: Sharon Schutt

From Sharon Schutt in Indiana we have 3 beautiful woven & beaded valentine heart ornaments, complete with a little pocket on the back for love notes or treats! (click on the picture for more detail) - Sharon enclosed a wonderful note and with it a real chocolate Valentine Heart from DeBrand, a local chocolatier to her. Thank you!! I hate to admit it, but I already ate it (delicious)! I am sure many of you feel like Sharon, who wrote; "I'm having so much fun creating the Valentine's for the swap. And then I realized that receiving three Valentines from the other artists will be the second half of the fun~ And even better that the first half of the swap as surprises will soon be on their way."
