Kat Hou: postcard mail art swap - 5 of 8
From Kat in California, we have 3 beautiful postcards that she created while working on her Photoshop skills!
I think they are really so pretty and exemplify a summer's day . . .
and the quote is perfect.
Kat also sent her postcards in a great mail art envelope!
you can visit her blog The adventures of a curious Kat to find out more!
Tiffiny Jackson: mail art postcards - 4 of 8
Tiffiny from California, has sent in 3 larger size 8" x 6" postcards for our swap due Saturday. Tiffiny enclosed a note with her postcards saying this was her first swap and she really enjoyed the challenge. Most of Tiffiny's images on her postcards are drawn with pencil, followed up by colored pencil and some watercolor pencil. I am impressed that she hand drew all her images. They are very beautiful too - Enjoy!

Lisa Robinson: postcard mail art swap - 2 of 8
This is the second of 8 postcard swaps I need to share with you tonight! From Alabama, Lisa Robinson has sent in 3 sweet summer garden postcards . . .
On the back I needed to move Lisa's email label to the left side to make room to address the postcard to the recipient. Many of you may not remember that I am going to send your returns home to you individually through the mail -not in a package.
All in the name of mail art!!!!
Thanks so much Lisa - I love the postcard tags.

Janet Fystrom: postcard mail art swap!
This weekend I also received 3 postcards for the mail art swap from Janet in Minnesota. Janet enclosed a wonderful note that had the "back story" on her postcards.
"Thanks so much for hosting this swap. It was a blast rummaging through my art supplies and dreaming about summer days. A friend of mine was cleaning out her parents/ grandparent's house and gave me a bag full of papers, lace and memorabilia. Of course, when I get "new" stuff I try to incorporate it into my latest project. So, your swap was the recipient of the treasures I received from a dear friend!"
