These really interesting ATCs are from Teri Calia in Emeryville, CA. Teri used something textural, maybe a paper napkin? and then she brushed over the surface with some kind of medium I think. The images she used are covered with plastic/acrylic squares. Cool! She also used real dried flowers.Teri told me she used images from "when angels cry" and "digital divas 2". Lovely work!
