(New!) Swap #8: Itty Bitty Collages (6/6 or 12/12)

Because participation is limited you must email me: lenna@creativelenna.com to check space availability and register for any creative swap. Please include your first and last name along with your preferred email address for correspondence. After I receive your email I will let you know promptly if there is room in the swap. I will put you on the swap list if there is room or put you on a waiting list if there is not. Please consider carefully if you will be able to follow through on the commitment before signing up. Once your participation is confirmed, I will send you the full details of the swap including mailing instructions!

(To the left is just a sample Itty Bitty - Not based on our summer theme!)

Due Aug 9th – Itty Bitty Collages: 3x3 collages (6/6 or 12/12) ::: 35 participants as of may 31st-This swap is FULL.
Participants will create SIX "Itty Bitty" collages in exchange for SIX different Itty Bitties in return. You can create 2 sets of 6 collages if you like, trading 12 for 12 - all sized 3”x3” with a theme of summer. Create your Itty Bitty collages on cardstock, art board, canvas board, mat board -- or use fabric if you prefer. Your Itty Bitties should be fairy sturdy no matter which substrate you use as a base.

The theme is SUMMER! Use images (or not) as you wish. Add paint, paper, and/or fabric. Embellishments, including sewing, beading, metal and other embellishments are most welcome. This is a Mixed Media collage and anything goes! Look at the FREE Tutorial on HOW to MAKE Itty Bitties, found on the ARTchix Studio website.

This swap is limited to 35 players and due in my hands on or before August 9th, 2008. If you do not make this deadline, you cannot be included in the swap - so please mail early! All swaps will be mailed to you promptly in late August, 2008. This swap has already filled: Email me to be put on a waiting list in case someone drops. I will get back to you within 48 hours. Here are 2 Itty Bitty collages I created earlier this year. I fell in love with the small size! Click on them for a larger picture.
