Altered by Design ATC swap: Dottie Mucha


These beautiful ATCs are the work of Dottie Mucha, who lives across the street from me! She simply walked over, rang my doorbell, and my 2 terriers Chloe & Asia let me know she was here! Dottie didn't have to add postage money either, because she knows I can hand deliver her return swaps to her : )

Dottie trimmed each ATC with a length of sequins . . . . . mmmmm! Just lovely! Thanks, Dottie! Your ATCs are beautiful!
