#23.Marilou Bain -Little Book swap!

I received a big pile of mail the other day . . . .

And the very colorful package farthest left was from Marilou Bain in California!
She enclosed a note and shared how she got her granddaughter
to decorate the envelope for her!
I love all the cool postage stamps, the hand prints, lettering and photos!
Inside this package were 3 books for the swap, each wrapped up wonderfully.
Below is book #1:

with a History of Knots Berry Farm . . .

Book #2
All wrapped up in a tulle bag . . .
It is a tag book!  So pretty and feminine
 The third book . . .
 A beautiful accordion tag Book.

Marilou also made a Tag Book especially for me -thank you so much!
that striped ribbon has made it into my art journal already!
 really so special.
Thank you for participating, Marilou!
Your creative books are a wonderful addition.

  4. Hi Lenna, I'm going to show my books on my Heartful Creations blog for anyone who would like to see more of them as the Knott's Berry Farm one had 12-14 pages and they can see it in detail. It was created from a placemat from Knott's Berry Farm Chicken Dinner Restaurant, I thought I sent you one but maybe I didn't? All the books are wonderful by the way. Thanks for hosting a wonderful swap. Hugs Marilou

  5. Dear Marilou! I am so sorry, I did not mention the ephemera you includes for me. Yes, you most certainly did include a place mat with the History of Knott's Bery Farm for me! There was so much to write about and record, I am sorry I left that out! And also, here is the link to your Heartfelt Creations blog so people can go check out more details of your book! With so many books to photograph, I can only do so many pages. I know you understand. Thank you! lenna

  6. Crumbs (as we use to say in the 60's), I just realized there were quite a few books I missed. Am going back through the list now. WOW ... again, amazing and oh so beautiful. Donna
